Creating jobs for women and girls in disadvantaged communities.
Women are empowered with skills to become self-sufficient and grow in their Christian walk.
Aims to reach customers interested in African history, culture and traditions, starting with hotels and lodges in Zimbabwe before expanding regionally and internationally.

Esthers Flourish Art and Craft project helps women become self-sufficient and grow in their Christian walk. It was created after identifying needs in communities, especially during the Covid pandemic.
The project plans to introduce programmes empowering disadvantaged women in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya and Malawi, providing training and a ready market for their products.
The aim is to train at least 100 women by the end of the first year, creating income for each household.
